Lokomotiv's Yegor Surin removed from injury list

Yaroslavl Lokomotiv forward Yegor Surin has been removed from the injured players list, according to data on the Continental Hockey League (KHL) website.

Recall that news of Yegor Surin«s injury emerged on the eve of the match against HC Admiral (6+), which took place on 23 December 2025.

«Guys, everything»s fine, I«ll show you where it hurts later, you won»t have time to miss me,« Surin wrote in his personal Telegram channel.

According to Match TV, the hockey player broke his arm. Lokomotiv chose not to disclose the details of the player«s condition at the time.

«Yegor has an upper-body injury,» the club told the 76.RU portal in December 2025.

On 13 January, the club reported that Yegor had returned to training. On 19 January, Lokomotiv played against Torpedo. After the match, the head coach of the «railroad men» answered journalists« questions, emphasizing that Yegor Surin did not take to the ice as he was still recovering from injury.

On 21 January, Lokomotiv will face HC Dinamo Minsk (6+) on the ice. It is not yet known if Surin will play in this match.

Note that, according to KHL data, only Stepan Nikulin remains on Lokomotiv«s list of injured players.
