Zolotoy Shopping Center Opening Delayed Until 2026

The completion of the Zolotoy shopping center in Yekaterinburg has been postponed to the end of 2026, marking yet another delay for the project.

The construction of the Zolotoy shopping center near the Botanicheskaya metro station has again been delayed. The work is now planned to be completed only at the end of 2026.

«We plan to finish by the end of 2026,» said Dmitry Sarapultsev, a representative of the developer company Obshchestvo Malysheva 73. The same organization owns the Greenwich and Passage shopping complexes.

According to him, construction at the site is ongoing.

This postponement is far from the first. Initially, the completion of construction was announced for 2023. Then the deadlines were shifted: first to the end of 2025, and the opening of the facility to March 2026.

Zolotoy will become one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Yekaterinburg. Reports about the construction site«s appearance and the planned shops and recreation areas have been published previously.
