Yaroslavl to get new residential complex of five 17-story buildings

The new residential complex will be located in the Frunzensky District of Yaroslavl, in microdistrict No. 1 of the «Sokol» area. The site is bounded by Burmakinskaya Street, Chernoprudnaya Street, Frunze Avenue, as well as buildings No. 35, 36, and 37 on Leskova Street.
The regional state construction supervision inspectorate has received notification of the start of work. According to the document, the complex will include built-in and attached public premises: rental points, a fitness and wellness center, an underground parking lot for 300 cars, and three rooftop boiler rooms, which will be located on buildings 1, 2, and 4.
«The residential buildings are 17-story, with a »warm« attic and basement. On the first floors of the residential buildings, there are public premises (rental points) and individual non-residential premises (utility storerooms). Buildings No. 2, 3 and 4, 5 are connected by attached single-story public inserts at the first-floor level,» the inspectorate said.
The fitness and wellness center consists of three blocks: gym rooms, showers, locker rooms, and a shower for people with limited mobility, as well as staff rooms. All are located on the first floor of residential building No. 3.
«A single-story block attached to the third building includes an entrance group, locker rooms for gym visitors, locker rooms and showers, saunas and hammams for volleyball hall visitors, and a two-story block of volleyball halls adjacent to the entrance group block. In the courtyard part of the residential complex, there is an underground parking lot for 300 cars. The underground parking is connected to the residential buildings by passages at the basement level,» the inspectorate explained.
The developer of the site will be SPK LLC. In the Yaroslavl region, several companies with similar names are registered, one of which specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company was established in September 2022 and is registered at Polushkina Roshcha.
The company«s general director is Anton Antonov. The owner is listed as Stepan Abramov.
