Tyumen Developer to Build Multifunctional Complex Near Moscow City
The residential complex with infrastructure has a total area of 316.2 thousand square meters.
Mosgosstroynadzor (Moscow State Construction Supervision) has issued a permit for the construction of a multifunctional complex of two buildings in the Presnensky District of the capital near Moscow City. It will be built by a developer from Tyumen — GK «Strana Development».
Two towers, 83 and 96 stories high, will be built near Moscow City.
A high-tech premium-class residential skyscraper will be built in the center of the capital, on 2nd Krasnogvardeysky Proyezd.
A six-level stylobate with a usable roof will connect the two towers.
The residential complex with infrastructure facilities has a total area of 316.2 thousand square meters and is designed for 1,774 apartments. It includes two towers with heights of 83 and 96 floors, connected by an underground part and a six-level stylobate with an operational roof. At a height of 28 meters, a park with greenery and recreational areas will be created. The residential area will be over 137.3 thousand square meters.
The two-level five-story underground parking lot will have 619 parking spaces and a car wash. In the stylobate, an entrance group will be organized: the lobby will feature a soft waiting area, reception, living room, and children«s room. Above, office premises of 22.7 thousand square meters, a commercial educational center for 150 children on 700 square meters, and a fitness club on three thousand square meters will be equipped. Individual storage rooms are also planned for residents.
The project includes high-speed elevators with an intelligent control system. Wait time for a cabin will not exceed one minute, and the ascent speed will be up to eight meters per second.
On the adjacent territory, a landscaped space will appear: here, the installation of sidewalks, landscaping, and the creation of an artificial pond are planned.
Last year, «Strana Development» commissioned the tallest residential building in Tyumen. This is the last building of the «Zvezdny» (Stellar) residential complex. The building«s height is 99.5 meters.
The federal developer «Strana Development» operates in Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, and Yekaterinburg. The company has been building residential buildings and shopping centers since 2006. Over 2 million square meters of real estate have been commissioned. In 2025, the developer entered the top-10 in terms of current construction volume in Russia.
The construction of the multifunctional complex is in the initial stage. Sales of real estate objects are not being conducted.
