«Over the past year, 138 illegal structures have already been demolished, and another eight large ones are currently being dismantled. We see a trend towards a reduction in the number of illegal builds: in 2025 the figure decreased by more than half compared to 2023 — 231 cases. This means that preventive work and activities to timely identify violations are bearing fruit,» Proshunin stated. He also noted that it is necessary to continue enhanced monitoring of the targeted use of land, taking into account all signals received from residents.
