Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich turned out to be a lover of Turkey. In 2022, he was repeatedly spotted in the most luxurious restaurants in Istanbul, and later, talk began that he decided to settle on the shores of the Bosphorus.

“Turkish media actively covered Roman Abramovich«s purchase of a villa in the prestigious Vaniköy district in Üsküdar,” Turkey expert Yekaterina Karadzha told MSK1.RU. “The villa previously belonged to the scandalously famous preacher Adnan Aktar, who is under arrest. Turkish media name the deal price — 18 million dollars — and write that earlier Abramovich rented a villa in the Anadoluhisarı district for 50 thousand dollars.”

The plot on which Roman Abramovich«s villa stands covers 9.6 thousand square meters and is built up with two houses with a total area of about 2 thousand square meters. The mansion is known for its views: from the territory, there is a panorama of two bridges across the Bosphorus at once, connecting the European and Asian parts of the city.

After the purchase, the property was extensively reconstructed — not only were the houses themselves updated, but also the access roads. Turkish media also reported on the billionaire«s plans to build a helipad near the house. At some point, the work was suspended due to lack of permits, but later construction resumed.

Darya Pynzar

The star of the popular TV show «Dom-2» owns a luxurious villa with an area of about 900 square meters on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Together with her husband and two children, she lives in one of the prestigious gated residential complexes in Alanya. The celebrity regularly talks about this on the banned social network — from there, she also publishes reels with views of the villa and shares impressions about life in small resort towns.

The complex consists of 36 villas, each valued at approximately 2.1 million dollars. On the territory, there are private gardens, 22 villas with heated pools, six restaurants, a spa center, a fitness hall, a yoga studio, and a three-story library.
