“Turkish media actively covered Roman Abramovich«s purchase of a villa in the prestigious Vaniköy district in Üsküdar,” Turkey expert Yekaterina Karadzha told MSK1.RU. “The villa previously belonged to the scandalously famous preacher Adnan Aktar, who is under arrest. Turkish media name the deal price — 18 million dollars — and write that earlier Abramovich rented a villa in the Anadoluhisarı district for 50 thousand dollars.”

The mansion is known for its views: from the territory, there is a panorama of two bridges across the Bosphorus at once, connecting the European and Asian parts of the city.

The courtyard within the complex provides a peaceful and well-maintained outdoor space.
