Top Kurgan developers of 2025 by housing volume revealed

Kurgan Oblast commissioned 387,900 square meters of housing from January to November 2025, a 22.7% increase year-on-year, with nearly 4,900 apartments built, according to Sverdlovskstat.

In Kurgan Oblast last year, the number of residential buildings constructed increased. Sverdlovskstat reports this in its data. From January to November 2025, 387.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the region. This is 22.7% higher than the same period in 2024. The number of apartments built also increased. From January to November 2025, 4,898 apartments were built in the oblast, which is 38% more than in the 11 months of 2024. 45.RU decided to look at the rating on the «Unified Resource of Developers» service for which Kurgan developers built the most housing in the city.

1st place: Construction Company «Atlant»

According to «ERZ.RF», the most apartments in Kurgan in 2025 were built and commissioned by Construction Company «Atlant» (SK «Atlant»). Ranked first in the rating by commissioning volume, the company built and delivered 51,484 square meters of housing. The company commissioned three residential complexes: Residential Complex «Schastye» on Koli Myagotina Street, Residential Complex «Tsentralny» on Kuibysheva Street, near the central stadium, and Residential Complex «Kvartal KZKT» in Zapadny.

According to the service «Kontur.Fokus», the director of Limited Liability Company «Specialized Developer »GK Atlant«» is Evgeny Sergeev. The Kurgan developer liquidated its Kurgan company in 2022 and moved its office to Tyumen. But it still remains one of the large developers in the Trans-Ural region. In total, the developer has commissioned 13 residential complexes during its work in Kurgan. In 2026, «Atlant» is constructing Residential Complex «Kremlev» and Residential Complex «Dom po ul. Smirnova 7».

Residential Complex «Kvartal Botaniki» will occupy the area from Golikov Avenue to Farafonov Street in the 4th microdistrict.

In September 2025, Evgeny Sergeev became a deputy of the Kurgan Oblast Duma. According to 2024 results, his company earned 313,098 rubles (approximately $3,500 at current rates), of which 89.6 thousand rubles (approximately $896 at current rates) were net profit. Sergeev also has his own management company — «Doma Atlanta».

2nd place: Specialized Developer «Grad»

In second place in the rating among Kurgan construction companies is specialized developer «Grad» (SZ «Grad»). According to last year«s results, the company commissioned 28,036 square meters of housing. All these apartments are located in Residential Complex »Rayony-Kvartaly« at Vitebskogo Street, 5 in Zaozerny. This residential complex is the first on the shore of Lake Chernoe, whose embankment began construction in late November last year. In the portfolio of developer »GRAD«, this is the first comfort-class residential complex, consisting of four buildings. The first two buildings were commissioned in 2025.

According to the service «Kontur.Fokus», Limited Liability Company «SZ Grad» was founded on 7 September 2017. The director and founder since 2022 is Milishenko Alexander Leonidovich. Construction of the company«s only residential complex »Rayony-Kvartaly« in Zaozerny also began then.

Since the buildings started commissioning only in 2025, financial indicators of revenue and profit or loss have not yet been published in open sources. The developer also has its own management company «Grad» for servicing the constructed buildings.

Before Alexander Milishenko, from 2019 to July 2022, one of the founders was Paryshev Nikolai Dmitrievich — the son of the general director of the plant «Kurganstalmost» Dmitry Paryshev.

3rd place: Construction Company «Geometria»

Third place among local developers in Kurgan is held by a construction company, or rather, a group of companies «Geometria». Under this brand, Residential Complex «Kvartal Botaniki» is being built on Golikov Avenue in the fourth microdistrict of Zaozerny. In 2025, 18,722 square meters of housing were commissioned. Residential Complex «Kvartal Botaniki» of eight buildings is being constructed jointly with specialized developer «Kosmos».

For 2026, construction of this residential complex continues by «Geometria» and «Kosmos». No other projects are noted for the company in the Unified Resource of Developers.

According to the service «Kontur.Fokus», Limited Liability Company «SZ »GEOMETRIA«» was founded on 3 June 2013. Despite a Kurgan tax identification number, the company«s address is listed in Moscow. It is also stated that the legal entity is in the process of reducing its authorized capital.

The director of «Geometria» is Filatov Sergei Pavlovich, who is also the general director of Limited Liability Company «SZ »Kosmos«», founded on 31 January 2020. In 2024, the developer received 257.4 million rubles in revenue (approximately $2.57 million at current rates), of which 119.7 million rubles were net profit. Among the founders of «Kosmos» is Filatova Tatyana Sergeevna.

In total, Construction Company «Geometria» has commissioned 11 residential complexes in Kurgan. It, like other construction companies, has its own management company — «Geometria».
