Timiryazevsky Park comfort-class housing quarter set for Novosibirsk

Already next week, on February 3, the official start of the long-awaited comprehensive development project on Dusi Kovalchuk Street in the Zaeltsovsky District will take place. The development of the site with an area of approximately 5.5 hectares will be undertaken by the group of companies «Khimmetall».

The industrial zone near Zaeltsovsky Park, where a meat processing plant was previously located, was revitalized for residential development several years ago. At the end of summer, the Novosibirsk city hall approved the project for comprehensive development of the area between Dusi Kovalchuk, Timiryazev, Kholodilnaya, and Sukharnaya streets, where the comfort-class residential quarter «Timiryazevsky Park» will appear, designed for more than 3,200 residents.

«Timiryazevsky Park» is an integral urban complex of nine towers of varying heights, united by a common stylobate, which will house commercial and recreational infrastructure. The total area of housing to be built in the new residential quarter will be 98,000 square meters.

In all its projects, the GC «Khimmetall» not only creates new living spaces but also qualitatively transforms the urban environment. The embodiment of the developer«s park concept will be a spacious courtyard-park with an area of more than one hectare, which will be built inside the residential complex. The company»s contribution to creating social infrastructure will be the construction of a municipal kindergarten for 170 places. The company will also carry out the reconstruction of school No. 131, which is located nearby.

Next week, the start of construction of «Timiryazevsky Park» will be officially announced, and sales will be opened.
