Sverdlovsk Region sees more companies taking money, leaving families homeless

The Ministry of Construction of Sverdlovsk Region has updated the list of unscrupulous contractors working in individual housing construction (IHC). As E1.RU was told by the ministry, the registry now contains 25 companies and individual entrepreneurs (in autumn there were 18).

They did not disclose information about which specific entrepreneurs residents of the region are complaining about.

«As with the register of affected citizens, this list contains personal data, as well as other information that is not subject to disclosure in order to comply with procedural requirements,» the ministry stated in its response.

The editorial office also contacted the regional prosecutor«s office to ask how many criminal cases have already been initiated due to fraud in the IHC sector, but did not receive a response by the time of publication.

Recall that in December, the head of one construction company was arrested, having been found guilty of fraud. Based on our own publications, we maintain a blacklist of companies that leave Sverdlovsk residents in debt and without homes.
