This article explores how the area near Lake Shartash is bracing for future cold snaps and if its resident creatures will endure new glacial periods.

Every winter, the ice age returns to the Urals, at least for a week. Bearing this in mind, the landscape architects who designed the courtyard of Shartash Park decided to use as much wood as possible. It is more resistant to frost than plastic. Plus, it«s safer than metal; no one risks a frozen tongue on a frosty swing set.
Everything is in place for residents to begin their new life immediately.
The courtyard concept is maintained in the spirit of a paleo-park, so the central figure will be a large play complex in the shape of a mammoth. This big fellow will survive any ice age on its own and help the kids do the same. First, with it, you can come up with many active games. Second, the complex includes a house where it«s convenient to hide from the piercing wind.
The pre-finish option allows for easy remodeling or outlet relocation without damaging existing work.
Another prehistoric animal will appear in the sandbox. More precisely, a model skeleton will be buried there. Of course, it will only be visible in summer. But on the other hand, real paleontologists don«t conduct excavations in winter.
Spaces for adult relaxation have also been provided in the yard: walking paths, a streetball court, a workout area. And there will be an amphitheater. In summer, they plan to show open-air films here.

There«s another story: a child is already freezing but doesn»t want to go home because their playmates can«t manage without them. For example, in Shartash Park, a spacious and cozy lobby has been provided on the ground floor. It«s pleasant to sit by the fireplace here. In the first tower, studios, one-, and two-room apartments are designed. Large windows up to 2200 mm wide are being installed. Despite the large glazing area, it won»t be cold: high-quality profiles and proper installation are the key to success. Moreover, radiators are already being installed in the new build.
On the developer«s website, you can watch the progress of construction. Photos show that there is a difference in the finishing of completed floors. There is no mistake here. The feature of the first building in Shartash Park is that you can choose in what condition to receive the apartment. There is an option with finished repairs. Laminate flooring, paintable wallpaper, smooth white ceiling, interior doors, equipped bathrooms.
The second option is pre-finish finishing. In this case, the new resident will receive an apartment that is ready for final work. By the time of key handover, the developer will complete the most difficult and expensive stage of work, leaving the owner space for their design creativity to soar.
