St. Petersburg Complexes in Russia's Top 10 for 2025

According to the rating by ERZ.RF, four projects from St. Petersburg have made it into the list of the ten largest residential complexes in the country for 2025.

Third place is held by the fully completed residential complex «Chistoe Nebo» (Clear Sky) by the holding Setl Group, which consists of 32 buildings with a total area of 1.1 million sq m. Fourth position is occupied by another completed project by this developer — the residential complex «Solnechny Gorod» (Sunny City) with 38 buildings and an area of 1 million sq m.

Fifth place is taken by the residential complex «Severnaya Dolina» (Northern Valley) from Glavstroy St. Petersburg. This complex, comprising 60 buildings and 975,000 sq m, has also been fully commissioned. Seventh place goes to the project «Tsvetnoy Gorod» (Colorful City) by LSR Group, where construction is ongoing: out of the planned 816,000 sq m, 780,000 sq m have already been delivered.

First place in the rating belongs to the Krasnodar residential complex «Samolet» (Airplane) by developer DOGMA. Its total area is 1.3 million sq m, and as of January 1, 2026, over 900,000 sq m have been delivered. The complex plans to erect 70 buildings.

The top ten largest also included major residential complexes from Moscow, Moscow Oblast, and Rostov Oblast.
