RSTI Holding sales grow 3.7% in 2025

In the reporting period, the company sold 1,985 apartments with a total area of nearly 85,000 square meters.

The residential area of commissioned facilities in 2025 decreased by 17.4% compared to the record year of 2024.

Commercial Director of the holding Yekaterina Nemchenko reported that the key factor in demand for new buildings was the family mortgage program. It accounted for 61.4% of all mortgage transactions, which made up 63% of the company«s total sales.

«However, installment plans from developers cannot fully replace mortgage programs,» added Nemchenko. «The market needs a reliable and understandable financial instrument for purchasing housing — a mortgage with an acceptable rate, accessible to a wide range of buyers.»

Demand was primarily focused on finished apartments. In the structure of deals, 41% were one-room units, and 29% were two-room units.

In addition to residential projects, the developer last year commissioned a number of social facilities:

• a school for 825 places on Aviakonstruktorov Avenue;
• a children«s center for surgery of congenital malformations and rehabilitative treatment on Avangardnaya Street;
• a radiology building of City Hospital No. 40 in Sestroretsk;
• a kindergarten for 100 places on Planernaya Street.
