The project documentation contains a direct instruction: «Within the boundaries of the non-residential development area, provide for the placement of a school for 1,101 students within the educational zone, with subsequent formation of the land plot and transfer of ownership to Tyumen.»
The total area of land involved in the project reaches 3.8 hectares. The implementation period for the comprehensive territory development program is set at ten years.
Currently, in Tyumen, more than twenty plots are involved in the renovation program, with work being carried out by various developers. In addition, similar projects are being implemented in Tobolsk, as well as in the Lesobaza area.
