Plot on Tura River bank in Tyumen falls under renovation
The land for renovation is located in the area of the Pravoberezhny residential complex.
In Tyumen, a new plot has been allocated for renovation. The land, which is part of the comprehensive development project (KRT), is located near the banks of the Tura River and next to the Pravoberezhny residential complex. In addition to housing, a school is also planned to be built there.
The plot included in the renovation project is displayed on a map.
“Within the boundaries of the non-residential development area, provision is made for the placement of a school with 1,101 places within the educational zone, with subsequent formation of the land plot and its transfer to the ownership of Tyumen,” stated in the documentation.
The total area of the land plots included in the renovation is 3.8 hectares. The implementation period for the comprehensive development project is 10 years.
