Olymp Park in Belokurikha Gornaya Seeks New Owner for Nearly 1 Billion Rubles

The Olymp Park tourist complex, which until the end of 2025 remained the only operating facility in the Belokurikha Gornaya cluster, has been put up for sale. As real estate broker Oleg Gilgenberg told NGS22.RU, its price is 990 million rubles (about $11 million).

According to him, Olymp Park, which was commissioned in 2021, is located in a picturesque and promising location in the Altai. The complex has convenient year-round access via an asphalt mountain road. The complex includes 46 rooms that can accommodate up to 120 guests, as well as a separate three-story restaurant complex with halls for 30-100 people and a SPA zone with year-round pools, a sauna, and a hammam.

Gilgenberg noted that Belokurikha Gornaya, which had previously been in the shadow of larger projects, is now experiencing a period of active growth.

«The adoption of a new master plan in December of last year allowed many land plots to obtain the appropriate types of permitted use for the construction of tourist infrastructure. The opening of the nearby Altai-Restart project and the arrival of major federal investors are also increasing the region«s attractiveness,» the broker noted.

Speaking about the reason for the sale, the broker said that the initiator of the complex«s creation was Biysk entrepreneur Nikolai Kavun, who died suddenly in 2024. His heirs, continuing to develop the family business and improving the facility, put Olymp Park up for sale.

On almost 10 hectares of land, half of which is built up, there is an opportunity for the construction of additional guest houses and apartments.

«The main and most costly infrastructure has already been created,» the expert emphasized.
