New Yaroslavl housing complex to include underground parking and rental facilities

A new residential complex consisting of five 17-story buildings will be built in the Frunzensky District of Yaroslavl. It will be located in microdistrict No. 1 of the Sokol area, on a plot bounded by Burmakinskaya Street, Chernoprudnaya Street, Frunze Avenue, and buildings No. 35, 36, and 37 on Leskova Street.

Notification of the start of construction for the complex has been submitted to the regional state construction supervision inspectorate. It indicates that the buildings will have integrated and attached public spaces: rental points, a sports and wellness center, an underground parking lot for 300 cars, and three rooftop boiler rooms located on buildings 1, 2, and 4.

«The residential buildings are 17 stories high, with »warm« attics and basements. On the first floors of the residential buildings, there are public spaces (rental points) and individual non-residential premises (utility storerooms). Buildings No. 2, 3, and 4, 5 are connected by attached one-story public inserts at the first-floor level,» the inspectorate said.

The sports and wellness center consists of three blocks: gym spaces, showers, locker rooms and showers for people with limited mobility, and staff rooms, located on the first floor of residential building No. 3.

«A one-story block attached to the third building includes the entrance group, locker rooms for gym visitors, locker rooms and showers, saunas and hammams for volleyball hall visitors, and a two-story block of volleyball halls adjacent to the entrance group block. In the courtyard part of the residential complex, there is an underground parking lot for 300 cars. The underground parking is connected to the residential buildings by passages at the basement level,» the inspectorate said.

As told by the state construction supervision inspectorate, the territory will be developed by LLC «SPK». Several companies with similar names are registered in the Yaroslavl Region. One of them specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The firm was established in September 2022 and is registered on Polushkina Roshcha.

The company«s general director is Anton Antonov. The owner is listed as Stepan Abramov.
