New Shopping Complex to Appear on Omsk's Left Bank

The Department of Architecture and Urban Planning has announced a new single-story shopping complex for construction materials on Volgogradskaya Street. The building permit was recently issued.

The Department of Architecture and Urban Planning announced on social media that a new shopping complex will appear on Volgogradskaya Street on the Left Bank. The construction permit was issued very recently.

Plans for the site indicate parking spaces adjacent to the new complex.

According to the department, the single-story building with an area of 555.39 square meters (5,978 square feet) is intended for the trade of construction materials.

“Construction will be divided into two stages. The permit is valid until January 2027. The developer is Sibservis LLC.”

Sibservis LLC was registered on 6 October 2025; its general director and founder is Alexey Menshikov. The company«s main profile is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
