First Gastronomic Cluster Planned for Vsevolozhsk

The project includes 18 large-format venues, which will be divided into two thematic spaces with a common pedestrian zone.
One zone is oriented towards families. On the landscaped territory with children«s playgrounds, benches, and walking paths, seven establishments will open: restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, and confectioneries, as well as the first supermarket in the area.
The second zone will unite eleven thematic venues. Among them are planned cafes with work zones, time cafes, an anti-cinema, pet-friendly verandas, and a computer club with food vending.
The zones will be located on different sides of Kerch Street, and they will be connected by a pedestrian crossing.
As reported by Maria Orlova, commercial director of the A101 Group in St. Petersburg, leading restaurant holdings and local projects will be attracted to the cluster. According to her, this will become the first full-fledged gastronomic platform in Vsevolozhsk, where such clusters and food courts have been absent until now.
