Ex-Goldman pulp mill auctioned for 84M rubles to Barnaul entrepreneur

The property of «Pervaya Zagotovitelnaya Kompaniya» (PZK) from «Goldman Group» on 26 Baku Commissars Street was sold at auction for 83.9 million rubles (approximately $932,000 at current rates).
This building is located at 26 Baku Commissars Street, 8, Building 66. The group of former deputy and businessman Roman Goldman bought it in 2021. Previously, it was the building of the Yenisei Pulp and Paper Mill. The area of the building is 43.1 thousand square meters, and the cadastral number of the plot is 24:50:0500096:1.
The new owner will be Barnaul entrepreneur Anton Pereverzev. According to «Kontur.Fokus», he owns and has owned in the past 17 companies and individual entrepreneurs engaged in real estate, medicine, hotel business, and so on. The largest ones are the park-hotel «Lesnye Dali», hotel «Altayskaya Prelest», «Alt Avto Servis», «Invest Konsalting», and «Altay Medika Grupp».
«PZK» from Roman Goldman«s group was declared bankrupt in March 2025 for a debt of 610 million rubles (approximately $6.78 million at current rates).
Three criminal cases have been initiated against Roman Goldman: for fraud in his cooperative «Agro Vklad» involving two billion rubles (about $22.2 million at current rates); for illegal sale of the company «Iskra» to obtain a loan of 327 million rubles (about $3.63 million); for money laundering of 41 million rubles (about $456,000). Property worth three billion rubles (about $33.3 million) has been seized from him. Goldman is also suspected of another money laundering case.
The former deputy of the Legislative Assembly is on an international wanted list — in November 2023, he fled from Russia. In December, the region«s chief police officer Alexander Solovyov said that the ex-deputy might be in Mexico.
Goldman«s companies are going bankrupt, and their property is being sold off. In April 2025, for example, an industrial base on Semyon Davydov Street was sold at auction, and recently — the oil depot »Sibneftrezerv« near Severnoye Shosse was sold.
