According to Mash, Nagiev bought the apartment from a private owner, as the developer had sold out all units during construction. To secure a discount, the actor gave two exclusive interviews to a local realtor. Additional costs included a registration fee (4% of the price), property document fees (10–12 thousand rubles, or about $110–130), and a title transfer fee (85 thousand rubles, approximately $940).
The complex offers residents a private beach, pool, concierge service, cleaning, and security. The apartment itself features designer renovations with abundant gold accents, three bedrooms, and furniture from an Italian designer. A downside is the shared areas—lobby, pool, and restaurant—which are also used by hotel guests.
Mash reports that the annual service fee costs Nagiev 5 million rubles (about $56,000). Among other benefits, this fee allows him to complain about neighbors. The actor actively uses this opportunity. According to the publication, he has even been nicknamed the «chief tattletale» of the hotel—he promptly calls reception to report any noise, be it stomping, loud conversations on the beach, or in the restaurant. Staff find themselves in a delicate situation between the residence owner and vacationers who also pay for comfort.
At the end of last year, the film Yolki 12 starring the actor was released—an honest review of the latest New Year«s film franchise.
