In Tobolsk, the organization that will handle the redevelopment of the area near the Irtysh River bank has been determined.

According to official documentation, the winner of the competition is LLC SZ SK «Impulse».

This company is registered in Ishim and belongs to entrepreneur Vladislav Oleinikov. Its portfolio already includes completed residential buildings in the Plodopitomnik village and Ishim, as well as two current projects.

Financial indicators for 2024 amounted to 221.3 million rubles (approximately $2.2 million at current rates) in revenue and 84.3 million rubles (approximately $843,000 at current rates) in net profit.

Three bidders participated in the auction. The selection criterion was the volume of financing, and the winning company stated its readiness to invest 5.3 billion rubles (approximately $53 million at current rates) in the project implementation.

A plot of 5.3 hectares has been allocated for comprehensive development. The implementation period for all facilities could reach ten years.

Construction will unfold near the site where a new concert hall is planned. Authorities also intend to create a well-appointed public zone there.
