Company chosen for riverbank renovation in Tyumen region

In Tobolsk, the winner of an auction for renovation near the bank of the Irtysh River has been determined. The editorial office of 72.RU reviewed the documents.
The development site is located in Tobolsk, close to the Irtysh River and planned urban improvements.
‘Recognize the winner of the competition for the right to conclude a contract for the comprehensive development of an undeveloped territory within the boundaries of Pristanskaya, Kirova, Naberezhnaya Kirova, and Yershova streets as LLC SZ SK Impulse,’ it is stated in the documentation.
LLC SZ SK Impulse is registered in Ishim. The company belongs to entrepreneur Vladislav Oleinikov. The developer«s portfolio includes completed houses in the settlement of Plodopitomnik and Ishim, as well as two more projects in Ishim. Revenue for 2024 (more recent data is not yet available — Ed.) amounted to 221.3 million rubles (approximately $2.2 million at current rates), net profit — 84.3 million rubles (approximately $843,000 at current rates).
Three companies participated in the competition. According to one of the criteria — the volume of financing for the KRT (comprehensive development of territory) implementation project — the winning company stated its readiness to invest 5.3 billion rubles (approximately $53 million at current rates).
The area of the site allocated for renovation is 5.3 hectares. The KRT may take about ten years, which is the deadline for the completion of all facilities.
The location where construction will take place is near the future new concert hall. According to the authorities« plans, there will be another improved area there.
