In-Demand Professions in 2026: Welders, Engineers, and Doctors

The Telegram channel «Poisk | NGS.RU | Rabota Novosibirsk» has compiled a ranking of the most in-demand professions for 2026, as identified by the services SberPodbor (Sber«s recruitment service) and Rabota.ru (a job search platform). We present it in one image.
In first place are skilled trades, such as electricians and welders; in second place — engineers and technical specialists; in third — doctors.
IT specialists only took fourth place in this ranking. In fifth place — teachers; in sixth — sales workers; in seventh — cashiers, delivery personnel, waiters, salespeople; and in eighth — agricultural professions.
In ninth place are lawyers, accountants, and HR specialists; 10th place — marketers, PR specialists, advertisers; and the ranking is rounded out by logistics specialists.
