Architects lead salary growth over 100k in Novosibirsk Region
Ten professions made it to the top for salary growth.
In Novosibirsk Region, the average salary for architects in 2025 increased by 19% compared to 2024 — to 105,000 rubles (approximately $1,400 at current rates). This was reported by NGS in the job and personnel search service «Zarplata.ru». This is the highest growth among salary offers in the region.
The top three also included merchandisers (+18%) and business trainers (+17%) — they are now paid an average of 67,800 rubles (about $904 at current rates) and 95,000 rubles (around $1,300 at current rates) respectively. Warehouse managers and technologists saw a 16% increase in offers — up to 93,000 rubles (approximately $1,200 at current rates) and 78,400 rubles (about $1,000 at current rates).
Salary offers for sales representatives (increase to 97,500 rubles, roughly $1,300 at current rates) and marketing and advertising department heads (up to 99,000 rubles, around $1,300 at current rates) approached 100,000 rubles.
“Salary offers increased at moderate but steady rates, demonstrating employers« shift to more thoughtful and strategic approaches to staff compensation,” commented the service.
According to «Zarplata.ru», trends in job search in 2026 will be selectivity in hiring and in-depth work with efficiency.
