Woman driving Honda dies after skidding under truck trailer

A fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of January 29 at the 40th kilometer of the Yekaterinburg Ring Road (EKAD) near the interchange with the Serovsky Highway. The Yekaterinburg traffic police reported that the driver of a Honda crossover died after a collision involving three vehicles.

«A MAZ truck with a Tonar trailer, a Honda CR-V, and a Toyota Avensis were wrecked in the accident. A young woman, the driver of the Honda, died after her car skidded on the slippery road right under the truck»s trailer,« an eyewitness told E1.RU.

Traffic on this section of the EKAD is obstructed. Emergency services are on the scene.
