The incident occurred on January 22 at School No. 1 in the stanitsa of Olginskaya, Rostov Region. A student hit his classmate against a door jamb as she was leaving the classroom.
The video of the attack spread online on January 28 — it was published by the offenders themselves. After that, the police conducted an inspection, and the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under the article «Hooliganism.» The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded a report on the progress of the investigation.
The mother of the injured girl reported that her daughter«s physical condition is fine. »She«s all right. Just mentally tired, she»ll stay home today,« she said.
According to the mother, the conflict between the children began back in December. The cause was discussions about the death of the girl«s father in the special military operation zone. Some parents of classmates, according to the woman, justify the boy»s actions and blame the schoolgirl herself for what happened. Meanwhile, the administration of the educational institution did not inform the mother about the beating.
The teenager who struck the blow was put on preventive registration with the police authorities. An administrative protocol was drawn up against his parents for improper upbringing and education of a minor.
