Mother killed in drunken fight, daughter charged
The woman from the Murmansk region used a knife to kill her mother during a dispute.
In Apatity, the investigation of a criminal case against a 40-year-old local resident has been completed. The woman is accused of killing her own mother.
According to the investigation, the tragedy occurred on the evening of November 20, 2025, in an apartment on Zinoviev Street. The mother and daughter were in a state of alcohol intoxication.
A quarrel arose between them, during which the woman grabbed a knife and struck her mother twice in the area of vital organs. The victim died at the scene a short time later from the injuries sustained.
After the incident, the accused was detained. The court sent the woman into custody.
Recall that a similar incident occurred on January 4 in Monchegorsk, where a local woman is accused of murder.
