Model Liliya Chemerova Killed in Accident on Yekaterinburg Ring Road

A fatal traffic accident on the Yekaterinburg Ring Road claimed the life of 42-year-old Yekaterinburg resident Liliya Chemerova. The crash occurred on January 29 during daylight hours, when the woman was driving from Verkhnyaya Pyshma towards the Novo-Moskovsky Tract. After speeding up, she lost control of her Honda car, ended up in the oncoming lane, and collided with a truck.

The State Traffic Inspectorate of Sverdlovsk Oblast provided details. «The driver of the Honda was a resident of Yekaterinburg with 18 years of driving experience, who had previously been held administratively liable 18 times for traffic violations. The condition of the deceased at the time of the collision will be determined based on the results of the appointed examination,» the agency reported.

After the collision with the passenger car, the truck also veered into the oncoming lane, where it collided with a Toyota Avensis.

According to social media accounts, Liliya Chemerova worked as a model. On her page, she posted videos in which she posed for the camera. According to available information, the deceased left behind a four-year-old daughter.
