«The incident occurred at the third entrance of 90 Malygina Street, in the Parusa residential complex. I was approaching the house and saw a man lying on the building»s canopy. Police are working at the scene, and an ambulance is standing by,« an eyewitness reported.
The discovery took place beneath the windows of a high-rise building on Malygina Street.
The fact of the body«s discovery was confirmed by a source familiar with the situation. A request for official comments has been sent to the regional health department.
Later, at 23:56, the health department announced the person«s death. »The call came into the operations department on January 29 at 18:04, and the ambulance team arrived at 18:20. Medical personnel confirmed the patient«s death,» the regional health department said.
