Firefighters rescue and resuscitate man from burning Irkutsk cafe

EMERCOM employees rescued a man from a burning cafe on Timiryazev Street in central Irkutsk. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) for Irkutsk Oblast. Based on footage published by the department, the Vietnamese cafe «Pho Bo Vietnam» burned down.

«Fighters of the gas and smoke protection service unit found a man in an unconscious state in the burning building», says the message from the Main Directorate of EMERCOM for Irkutsk Oblast.
After performing resuscitation measures, he was handed over to the ambulance medical team.
Also, firefighters carried a gas cylinder out of the building.
Recall that witnesses reported the fire in the cafe on Timiryazev Street. Twenty people evacuated from the building independently. Seventeen firefighters and four pieces of equipment are working on site. The prosecutor«s office is supervising the investigation into the fire.
