A traffic accident involving three cars occurred on the morning of January 28. As a result of the collision, two children — aged seven and nine — were injured and hospitalized. The accident involved foreign and domestic sedans, as well as a Japanese SUV.

According to preliminary information, at 7:55 on January 28, opposite house No. 14 on Vostochno-Kazakhstanskaya Street, a collision of three cars — Kia Rio, Mitsubishi Pajero, and VAZ-2106 — occurred. As a result of the accident, two passengers of the Kia — children aged 7 and 9 — were taken to the hospital.
Photos from the scene, taken by traffic police inspectors, show that the collision occurred at the intersection of Vostochno-Kazakhstanskaya and 51st Gvardeyskaya Streets. The Mitsubishi Pajero SUV and the VAZ-2106 car collided with their left front corners. The white Kia Rio sedan has significant damage to the front. The condition of the injured children is being clarified by the healthcare committee of the Volgograd Region.
