On the morning of January 29, a scheduled bus with passengers overturned in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. The vehicle ended up in a ditch after being cut off by another car.
Emergency services and vehicles are present at the site where the bus veered off the road.
The road accident occurred around nine in the morning in the area of the village of Syrokhvatovo near Bor. The bus was following route No. 126, which connects the village of Ulyanovo and the district center.
According to the regional EMERCOM (Ministry of Emergency Situations), the bus driver lost control, causing the PAZ bus to veer into a ditch and overturn. According to the driver, between the villages of Syrokhvatovo and Rekshino, a passenger car cut him off.
Passing motorists rushed to help the passengers in the cabin. They helped people get out of the bus and gave rides to those who were going in the same direction.
Medics who arrived at the scene examined three injured people. One person with bruises refused hospitalization. The other two in moderately serious condition were taken to the Bor Central District Hospital.
