Accident on Highway Between Arkhangelsk and Severodvinsk Injures Girl

Another head-on collision has occurred on the M-8 highway between Arkhangelsk and Severodvinsk. Among the victims is a minor girl.

The accident took place on January 28 at 20:40, 25 kilometers from Arkhangelsk. According to preliminary information, the driver of a Škoda Fabia failed to keep a safe distance and crashed into a Chevrolet Aveo that was moving ahead.

«The impact sent the Chevrolet Aveo into the oncoming lane, where it collided with an Opel Insignia driven by a man born in 1992, who was traveling in the opposite direction,» reports the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Arkhangelsk Region.

The driver of the Chevrolet and his passengers were injured: a woman born in 1986 and a minor girl born in 2008. They were hospitalized with various injuries.
