Water Outage in Tyumen Enters Third Day with Frozen Pipes

Residents of a Tyumen apartment building have been without water for three days, blaming the management company, which denies responsibility.

A two-story apartment building on Luchistaya Street in Tyumen has been completely without water since last Friday. This was reported to 72.RU by one of the residents. Given that the building only has cold water supply in principle, this has caused serious discomfort.

“The cold water supply has frozen throughout the entire building. There is no water. The management company is not taking action,” the reader told 72.RU.

The management company ‘SGO’, which services this building, is aware of the problematic situation. They would have started repair and restoration work long ago, but cannot — for objective reasons.

“Access to one of the apartments is needed, through which repair work must be carried out. As soon as the owner provides it and the work is done, water will immediately appear,” 72.RU was briefly informed by the management company.
