Tyumen Residents Endure Third Day Without Water as Pipes Freeze

A two-story apartment building on Luchistaya Street in Tyumen has been without cold water supply for three days, since last Friday. Since the building also lacks hot water, this creates extremely uncomfortable conditions for residents.
‘The cold water supply has frozen throughout the entire house. There is no water. The management company is inactive,’ a local resident said.
The management company «SGO», which services this building, is aware of the emergency situation. Representatives of the organization stated that repairs cannot begin due to technical reasons.
‘Access to one of the apartments is needed, through which repair work must be carried out. As soon as the owner provides it and the work is done, water will immediately appear,’ explained the management company.
This is not the first incident for the house, which has emergency status. In autumn 2024, after an accident, heating pipes were replaced here in a non-standard way.
