In Tyumen, on the territory of the Ascension architectural ensemble, a three-story mansion with an area of 701 square meters is being built. The work is planned to be completed next year, and the object is offered for purchase during the construction phase for 231,429,000 rubles (approximately $2.5 million at current rates). The sale announcement appeared on a popular online platform.

The Ascension residential complex is being built by LLC SZ VOSTOK DEVELOPMENT — the founder of the company is Alexei Gotsyk, who owns the Vostok hotel. Currently, he is in a Moscow pre-trial detention center on corruption charges. The director of the firm is his son Mikhail Gotsyk.
