Three-story mansion in Tyumen for sale for 231 million

Completion of construction is planned for next year, but the property is already listed for sale for 231,429,000 rubles (approximately $2.3 million at current rates).

The offer has been published on one of the popular real estate trading websites.

The description indicates that the building will have a terrace, a French balcony, a fireplace, and ceilings with a height of at least 3.3 meters.

The developer of the Voznesensky residential complex is the company LLC «SZ VOSTOK DEVELOPMENT». Its founder is Alexei Gotsyk, who also owns the Vostok hotel.
Currently, he is being held in a Moscow pre-trial detention center on corruption charges.
The company is managed by his son Mikhail Gotsyk.
In the same residential complex, an apartment with an area of 145.4 square meters is also for sale, where the fireplace is located in the center of the room, and the windows offer a view of the Tura River.
