Power Outage in Golencheno: Accident Cuts Electricity to 16 Ryazan Streets

On Tuesday afternoon, January 27, about a thousand residents in Ryazan were left without electricity. The cause of the mass outage is a utility accident, as reported on the social media of RGRES (the Ryazan City Distribution Electric Grid).

Since 1 p.m., power has been out at the following addresses:

• Stary Sad (Golencheno), all houses;
• Staroobryadchesky Proyezd, all houses;
• Svetlaya Street, all houses;
• Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya Street, all houses;
• 1st Lomonosov Proyezd, all houses;
• Matrosova Street, all houses;
• Pugacheva Street, all houses;
• Razina Street, all houses;
• Chaikinoi Street, all houses;
• Nagornaya Street, all houses;
• Nikulichinskaya Street, all houses;
• Pronskaya Street, all houses;
• Ryazanskaya Street, all houses;
• Golenchenskoye Shosse, all houses;
• Bazhenova Street, all houses.

«Brigades are working to localize the damaged section of the network to restore power supply to consumers,» stated RGRES.
