Omsk RTS Ordered to Pay Teplovaya Kompaniya Over 82 Million Rubles
An arbitration court has sided with the heating company in a dispute over underpaid services.

Teplovaya Kompaniya is suing Omsk RTS over a debt of 82 million rubles (approximately $911,000 at current rates). Hearings on the case were held on 27 January, with details provided by the regional prosecutor«s office.
It was established that in 2024, Omsk RTS significantly overestimated the amount of heat losses on networks belonging to Teplovaya Kompaniya. As a result, the heating company illegally underreceived over 82 million rubles for services provided.
«Taking into account that Teplovaya Kompaniya is in a pre-bankruptcy state and the threat of providing citizens with poor-quality heating utility services, the Omsk Regional Prosecutor»s Office joined this court dispute to ensure legality,« the department added.
The arbitration court sided with Teplovaya Kompaniya. Omsk RTS must now pay the full amount of the debt, a penalty, and court costs.
The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
