«First, heating and hot water were cut off, and people turned on heaters; now the power is out,» the post says.

In the comments, Omsk residents report that at some addresses, heating and power were restored late at night. In the «Emergency Omsk» community on the social network VKontakte, citizens said they were unable to reach the unified dispatch service, as the line was constantly busy.

«No heating at Marx 59. 78-78-78 is busy, the management company dispatcher is busy. Soon it will be as cold inside as outside,» complained Tatiana Protsenko.

«It»s like this all over the city. Horror. This has never happened before,« writes one user on the Telegram channel »Incident Omsk«.

«Still no heating on Truda Street,» residents complain in the comments under a post about outages in the Leninsky District.

As residents report, heat and power were restored at many addresses after 6-7 hours of outage.

«Let there be light! The dumplings in the freezer have stuck together,» reported Alexey Savitsky in the «Emergency Omsk» community.

«The refrigerator almost leaked. 6.5 hours without power,» noted Marina Nagibina.

«Omskaya 136/2 yesterday sat for 6.5 hours without hot water, heating, or power. Moreover, the house is not gasified. So, it»s almost the Stone Age,« concluded Marina Nagibina.
