On December 25, 2025, specialists inspected the building. The facade has minor plaster damage (approximately three square meters), and slag blocks are visible in some places. Additionally, in the cold annex, there is a small gap (about 5 mm) where it adjoins the building, the wooden floor in the annex has sagged slightly, and there is a leak on a sewage pipe in the basement.
