Levoberezhye Residents Continue Freezing After Heating Pipe Burst

Residents of Levoberezhye continue to complain about the consequences of a heating main rupture on Rokossovsky Street. The incident occurred on January 15 around 16:00, but, according to locals, the situation still has not returned to normal. A message about this appeared in the Telegram channel «News of Omsk | Shock».
«All buildings with archways are currently in a terrible state, and this has been going on since January 15. In the other buildings, the heating is working at a minimum, with apartment temperatures up to +18 °C (64 °F). It is already clear that due to the hypothermia of the premises, the windows have been damaged, and replacing them will cost the residents a large sum.»
The author of the publication also claims that the issue of recalculating payments for heating, which was not provided in full, has not yet been raised.
The city hall told NGS55.RU that the accident site was checked by specialists from the «Heat Company». According to the administration, an inspection of the heating networks has been carried out and the necessary work has been completed.
«At the address Rokossovsky Street, 28, specialists from JSC »Heat Company« have conducted an inspection of the condition of the heating networks. We report that at the moment all work has been completed, and no damage to the external networks of the organization has been recorded. The supply of heat transfer fluid up to the balance-of-ownership boundaries (up to the entry point into the building) is operating in normal mode.»
If heating problems persist in individual apartments or building entrances, residents are advised to contact their management company and file a request for an inspection.
Earlier, NGS55.RU reported that Omsk residents reacted strongly to heating network breaks throughout the city.
