The first utility accident occurred in the Kirovsky district on the night of Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The defect was found on Tashkentskaya Street. Heat supply had to be suspended on Tashkentskaya and Georgy Dimitrova streets.
Specialists refill the pipelines with hot water to gradually restore normal heating services to residents.

Already in the afternoon of January 20, part of the homes in the Industrial district were left without heating. A malfunction in the heating network was identified in the area of the 8th Proseka. Heating and hot water had to be turned off on Solnechnaya, Demokraticheskaya, and Kirov Avenue.
Residents are advised to contact their housing management if heating or hot water issues persist.

And during a control inspection of the heating network, an unreliable section of the pipeline was identified near house no. 47 on Solnechnaya Street. For the duration of the repairs, heat supply was suspended in several more houses.
Finally, specialists from the resource supply company completed welding work and began refilling the pipelines with hot water to resume heat supply.

Its specialists will check the equipment in the heating units and adjust the in-house systems.
