Elderly Man Filmed Masturbating Near Children's Hospital in Volgograd
Residents of Volgograd filmed a man around 60 years old who was unabashedly masturbating in view of passers-by. According to the filmer, the elderly pervert regularly frequents a busy area near the Regional Children«s Hospital, concealing himself behind trees in a planted strip.
The exhibitionist operates, according to the complainant, near Zemlyachki Street, where he is reportedly seen almost every morning.
«This happens between the »Hospital Complex« bus stop and the railway tracks. Women with children and young girls walk by, who are essentially unprotected from him. No one knows what is on his mind or what he might do,» a witness said.
The V1.RU editorial board asked the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Volgograd Region to comment on the activities of a resident of the Dzerzhinsky District.
However, such perverts have been caught committing lewd sexual acts more than once, but V1.RU has not received any official response from law enforcement. Apparently, a man who masturbated in front of students from a medical college went unpunished.
Another pervert previously operated on buses until one outraged passenger could no longer tolerate it and punished the offender himself, who was committing lewd acts in front of a child.
