Volgograd Foragers Reveal Giant Parasol Mushroom Spots

An abundant collection of mushrooms, including giant parasols, found during a foraging trip in Gumrak forest.
Volgograd mushroom foragers are amazed by their «catch» — what filled a bucket and two bags ended up covering almost the entire countertop! They managed to find so many mushrooms, especially huge parasols, in the Dzerzhinsky district.
«In Gumrak, there is a forest plantation. You can find them if you take a walk,» said readers of V1.RU, showing the results of mushroom hunting. «We don»t go there often, but here«s what we collected in one trip. We walked for about five hours. We collected a bucket and two bags, but as we cooked and gave some to relatives, it didn»t seem like so much. We collected three types today: blue leg mushrooms, parasol mushrooms, and champignons. And other people found honey mushrooms as well.«
And if you«ve also collected a lot of mushrooms and don»t know what dish to cook with them, the editorial staff of V1.RU has compiled a selection of recipes:
most tender mushrooms in pumpkin under a cheese crust. According to the recipe author, the dish takes a long time to prepare but is worth it. For this dish, champignons, enoki mushrooms, blue leg mushrooms are perfect. And butter mushrooms can be used without boiling, directly into the pumpkin;
