Perm Krai Advisor Joins Viral 2016 Photo Trend
The politician has hardly changed: the left photo was taken in 2025, and the right one in 2016.
In January, a trend of posting photos from 2016 gained popularity online. Users share their decade-old photos, reminisce about that year, and discuss how they have changed over 10 years. Advisor to the Perm Krai Governor on construction issues, deputy of the regional Legislative Assembly Pavel Cherepanov has joined the trend. He showed what he was like 10 years ago.
In his Telegram channel, Pavel Cherepanov wrote that in 2016, he became a deputy of the Perm Krai Legislative Assembly. Simultaneously, he was elected secretary of the United Russia party in the Industrial District.
«In that year, we built new stadiums for schools in the Industrial District! It was one of the first and coolest projects,» shared Pavel Cherepanov.
The governor«s advisor also wrote that in 2016 he discovered the north, because that was when he often flew there on business trips, including to Usinsk (Komi Republic).
«That time remains in my memory as very interesting and bright!» summarized the deputy.
