Over a couple of months, 50-year-old Svetlana has gathered a multi-thousand army of fans on social media. The smiling woman talks about herself, her work at Magnit, and her past, evoking a sense of nostalgia in people. She spent most of her life working on a farm and then got a job as a salesperson.

‘Days followed the same plan: work — home, work — home. I come home, eat, chat with the kids, spend a little time on the phone, watch a movie — and sleep. On weekends, cleaning, laundry, watch TV, rest — and it all starts over,’ says Svetlana.
