23-year-old blogger from Kurgan Oblast Maxim Lutchak recently released a new song “Don«t Be Offended”. He told 45.RU about how the track was created.

“I had been nurturing this idea for a long time, then I met like-minded guys who are into music, immersed in it. It seems like a pure coincidence, the universe brought us together. Sonya Rein, Sasha Doutra said: ‘Max, we want to work with you.’ I replied: ‘And I want to work with you.’ Let«s see what comes out of it. And in the end, we wrote this track together.”

“We met many times, discussed how it could sound, what the song would be about. And in the end, we came to something like this. It«s partly a life story, the image of a love-struck young guy,” Lutchak said in an interview with 45.RU.

To promote the song, the musician released two provocative snippets (short videos to attract listeners« attention).

“A guy goes to his girlfriend«s house – a young beauty his own age. But he sees her mom and falls in love with her! Here, on one hand, we play on the trigger topic – milf hunters (lovers of older women – Ed.), on the other hand, we emphasize the frivolous image of the hero. He came just to meet, have some tea, and ends up falling in love with his girlfriend»s mom. I chose such a story to evoke emotion, to evoke it, contradiction and conflict are needed.”

“It seemed cool to me to take a simple Russian woman of age, whom a zoomer, a young guy, could fall in love with (why not?) and vibe with her. This is done to provoke a reaction from people and emphasize that love has no threshold. You can fall in love any way and with anyone, and that«s why the guy chooses such a Russian woman. The snippet doesn»t contradict the meaning of the song, it rather tells an alternative story,” Lutchak shared with 45.RU.
