In Tomsk, ice towns have started operating again after a week, according to the city hall«s press service.
Recall that a week ago, Tomsk city hall made the decision to close all ice towns in the city during the frost.
Today, January 20, authorities reported that the towns are operating again:
«Ice slides and towns at Novosobornaya Square and in the SSO Park on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street are once again open to visitors.»
Residents are asked to treat the slides and fragile ice elements carefully and to pay attention to safety barriers.
Additionally, authorities have decided to extend the voting for the best ice sculpture of the «Crystal Tomsk» festival until January 25. One can vote by scanning the QR code on the figure or via the link.
