Chanson Star Vika Tsyganova Visits Saratov's Museum of the Special Military Operation

She performed her most famous hit «Come to My House» with Mikhail Krug.
The Museum of the History of the Special Military Operation in Saratov was visited by legends of the Russian and Soviet stage — singer and composer Vika Tsyganova, best known as a performer of Russian chanson, and the ensemble «Leytsya, Pesnya». They were active on the Soviet pop scene from 1974 to 1985.
Museum director Natalya Rechman gave a detailed tour of the exhibition halls. She spoke about the key historical stages of the Special Military Operation and the Heroes of the Special Military Operation — fellow countrymen from the Saratov region. The artists got acquainted with the exposition, which presents history through authentic objects, documents and interactive technologies.
As it turned out, Tsyganova and the ensemble «Leytsya, Pesnya» came to Saratov to give a concert for wounded soldiers and medics at a local military hospital.
Vika Tsyganova is known for her active civic stance and support for the actions of the Russian Federation, for which she is under sanctions from Latvia and Ukraine. At the same time, she continues her creative career, tours, performs at concerts and participates in television projects. The ensemble «Leytsya, Pesnya» in its new lineup also gives concerts and performs repertoire from the 70s and 80s.
